Position Summary:
Program Manager serves in the field as the manager responsible for the case, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavior Technicians, and providing education and training for client caregivers. The Program Manager will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, school, and clinic settings.
