Full-time administrator needed for busy office. Needs to be friendly, detail-oriented, able to handle heavy phone calls and multi-task. Candidates with medical office experience are preferred. The job requires scheduling appointments for multiple providers and families, healthcare insurance verification and authorization, and maintaining office among other duties.
We are looking for an Office Administrator who can:
Execute day-to-day administrative tasks (training will be provided).
Assist with onboarding of staff and clients.
Assist with scheduling of staff using our proprietary scheduling software as needed.
Answer Incoming phone calls and address any client or staff concerns as needed.
Prepare reports to assist with billing and payroll.
Assist with onboarding of new clients and patient families.
Review and organize calendars, plan daily activities and errands, complete tasks in a timely and complete various tasks with attention to detail and correctness with direction.
Ensure all client and caregivers paperwork is complete for treatment services
Maintaining up-to-date logs and online data information.
Matching the needs and preferences of the client with the location, availability, and skills of the staff available.
Assisting with onboarding of new caregivers and assisting them with completing all the paperwork as needed.
Coordinating with caregivers to ensure that they know their schedules, what the client’s needs are, and other important details.
Calling insurance companies for benefits and eligibility as well authorizations and claims.
